TERMS OF SERVICE | ALL FELT PUPPETS

When purchasing a video from All Felt Puppets, you (the client) agree that:

  1. You can only use the video as supplied. The copyright over the puppets, their characters, their names and likeness belong to All Felt Puppets and its proprietary Troy Murphy. The All Felt Puppets content can not be used in any other way apart from in the video supplied to you ― unless with written approval by Troy Murphy first. You also understand that by ordering and accepting any content from All Felt Puppets, that this is an automatic agreement to these terms and conditions in the form of a contract.

  2. All Felt Puppet Videos are licensed, not sold. You are buying the right (or license) to use it, not the actual All Felt Puppets or Video itself.

  3. You will not do anything to damage the reputation of the characters or the brand All Felt Puppets through the use of the content you purchased.

  4. All Felt Puppets does not supply the native or working files as part of the project.

  5. All Felt Puppets also reserves the right to use all created work as part of its body of work, promotional material and examples of work.

  6. Payment is required upfront. If a contract for delayed payment is entered into, 30 days is the maximum time limit of which your invoice must be settled. Failure to pay within 30 days of the invoice date will incur a daily late fee.

  7. Revisions are not included in the price of the video. You agree to include all necessary details and direction in your booking. Revisions due to a mistake on our behalf, are done free. Revisions outside the scope of the original booking will incur a fee.

  8. All Felt Puppets reserves the right to cease the contract and remove the right of use of the video / product if we deem that you are misusing the content or our characters in any way.

  9. The All Felt Puppets characters are not spokespeople/characters nor licensed icons/characters for any person, persons, you or your company. The characters, their voices or likeness can not be used for merchandising, promotion, publicity or advertising in any form without written permission from Troy Murphy. Usage, if approved, may be subject to financial compensation and/or name sake credit.

  10. Supplied rights for the use of supplied video can not be transferred or used by a third party without written approval from Troy Murphy.

  11. The All Felt Puppets reserves the right to refuse/reverse rights and permission of use to the created video content if any of the terms are breached, or as seen fit.

  12. All Felt Puppets reserves the right to update and change this contract / terms of use when needed, or as we see fit.
