*LICENCE & BOOKING INFORMATION
All Felt Puppets Videos are licensed, not sold. You are buying the right (license) to use it, not the actual All Felt Puppet/s Video itself. A video license is only valid for 12 months (1 year) from delivery date. Videos can no longer be used after that time period.
Personal use videos you are granted to you with the following limited rights to use the All Felt Puppets Video solely for your own personal, non-commercial, and non-promotional purposes.
Business Use / Promotional Videos are granted to you with the following limited rights to use solely for the reasonable promotional purposes of the Business for 12 months from the date the Business All Felt Puppets Video is sent to you.
At the end of the license period, you are required to remove the applicable All Felt Puppets Video, from all Social Media Account and public instances of use.
You may not sell, resell, commercialize, or encumber your rights in any All Felt Puppets Offering, including creating a non-fungible token (“NFT”) from any All Felt Puppets Offering except as agreed by All Felt Puppets in advance in writing.
Your video booking features One puppet, with One Scene with backing music. Supplied and written scripts are up to 150 words and videos are up to 2 minutes in length with a turn around time of 4-5 days. Additional images, graphics, video length and extra script are an additional price.
If you require more additional puppets, songs or any extras different from the scope of what’s on offer in this gig please contact us via email for a quote.
Any words that need to be said correctly (places, people’s names, etc) need to be spelled out phonetically [FOE-NET-ICK-LEE] in brackets after the word/name or attach a sound recording of it, otherwise the puppet will just say it how he thinks it’s said. NO GAMBLING, ALCOHOL, FINANCIAL, SWEARING, POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR DEFAMATORY MATERIAL. Any information provided to All Felt puppets must be factually correct and not misleading and is not disparaging or defamatory.
We reserve the right to alter the text of any supplied script at our discretion. Videos can not be edited without approval. You agree that you will not do anything to damage the reputation of the characters or the brand All Felt Puppets through the use of the content you purchased.
Revisions are not included as part of the gig price. However, if you require a revision; revisions are done free only if a genuine mistake is made on our part. If you require a revision out side the scope of the original booking, or if you have directional changes that were not stipulated in your order, please message first to discuss as a re-filming fee will apply.
Your booking will be marked complete 72 hours after delivery, with the assumption that this is final approval of the video if no contact has been made on your behalf.
Once a booking has been made, a contract has been entered into. Refunds and cancellations can not be made after work has begun on the order. If you have selected the wrong gig level or included extras outside the scope of what’s offered, you will be sent a Paypal payment link that will need to be paid in full before the order can begin.
If a refund is required, 15% of the purchase price will be deducted to cover transaction fees.
All characters, names and their likeness are copyright, therefore can not be changed and are owned by All Felt No Filter / All Felt Puppets and their creator Troy Murphy.
If you breach any provisions of these Terms, your license to use any All Felt Puppets Video, or other offering under these Terms, terminates and you must: promptly remove all copies of any All Felt Puppets Video, or other offering, in your possession or control, including from any social media platform; notify any Recipient of the termination and instruct them to do the same, and take any other action we reasonably request.
All Felt Puppets will not be liable or responsible for any All Felt Puppets video.
You may only use an All Felt Puppets Video only in accordance with these Terms.
